Take over the entire property for group getaways, reunions, celebrations, yoga/spiritual retreats, and more. It's perfect for housing 12-24 guests while still allowing for plenty of privacy with 4 studio loft apartments plus the Surf House.
The Surf House is a 3/2 home on the first floor, which can accommodate 6-8 people. It has a breezy patio with hammocks, a nice-sized fenced-in yard with a picnic table, and a full kitchen.
The 4 open-floor plan loft apartments are located on the second and third floors and sleep up to 4 people each. Every loft has a private bathroom, kitchenette, and balcony with outdoor seating.
The property also offers a rooftop deck that is great for group gatherings, 2 outdoor showers, 2 BBQ grills, and yoga mats.
Every unit has a parking space, beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, and more.
While we welcome more intimate celebrations on the property, we can not accommodate weddings or events due to our limited parking.

Key Information for Guests •As a vacation rental and not a hotel, we do not provide daily housekeeping service or have on-site staff. •Puerto Rico's infrastructure is delicate, leading to occasional water and power outages. We have backup water and power systems that provide seamless service MOST of the time. During city water outages, water pressure may be lower, and hot water availability depends on sunny days due to our solar-powered water heater. •Noise from neighboring properties and the restaurant/bar next door is possible. The advantage of staying at The Beach Pad is its proximity to various dining options, shops, beaches, and water activities, which makes it livelier than other areas in Rincón.

Superb Stay!
Rented the whole place with a party of 21 last St. Valentine's weekend. The house was PERFECT! Exquisitely decorated. Fully furnished with tons of goodies for your beach weekend trip: beach chairs, umbrellas, carts, and the likes. Great kitchen on the first floor. Two BBQs. Perfectly located in the middle of Sandy Beach at Barrio Puntas. Owner was available at all times. Our whole group was extremely satisfied with the place. Definitely recommended.

My friends and I stayed here for a group nursing trip!
The house was exactly as described- clean, nice, open units. Plenty of room for us all! We loved being a short walk to the beach and a bunch of local restaurants. I was especially impressed with Alan’s responsiveness when we had any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend staying here! read less

We stayed at The Beach Pad this past weekend. First, the communication with the hosts was excellent. I sent an email and it was answered in no time. I spoke with Alan about the ins and outs place and he was very pleasant. The payment, further instruction emails was easy. Second, THE PLACE!! The pictures on the website looked really nice. When we got there and saw each apartment, we were blown away. Well taken care of. We appreciated the details of each unit: the floors, kitchenette, bathrooms, doors, frames. It is conveniently located near the beach (less than 5 minute walk). You can also walk to the nearby restaurants. It is amazing for group rentals. There were 19 of us this time and we all slept very comfortable. It’s been recommended to our friends and family members. Definitely, worth it. Will stay again.

Nice place, very clean, fully equipped, all ac's worked great, short walk to the beach. A very good value. Owners were also easy to reach. I truly and highly recommend this place.

The house is in a great location convenient to everything. They literally thought of everything that we would need to make our stay enjoyable. The description and pictures are accurate. I was in need of a private chef and although they didn't know any personally, they took the time to do the research and was able to provide me with some great contacts. I definitely recommend the Beach Pad and we plan to stay there again on our next visit to Rincon
