The Pulpo Loco Loft is a stylish, modern, open-floor plan apartment on The Beach Pad's second floor. This 400 square foot unit has 10' tall balcony doors that open up wide to the largest balcony of all our lofts with gorgeous views of the lush, green scenery.
Enjoy the private balcony, where you can sip on your morning coffee and listen to the waves while sitting at your outdoor cafe table or on one of your private loungers.
Choose between a King bed or 2 Twin XLs plus a Queen sofa sleeper.
Are you traveling with family or friends? There is an optional connecting door if you rent The Happy Turtle Loft as well. Please contact us for special pricing.

Key Information for Guests •As a vacation rental and not a hotel, we do not provide daily housekeeping service or have on-site staff. •Puerto Rico's infrastructure is delicate, leading to occasional water and power outages. We have backup water and power systems that provide seamless service MOST of the time. During city water outages, water pressure may be lower, and hot water availability depends on sunny days due to our solar-powered water heater. •Noise from neighboring properties and the restaurant/bar next door is possible. The advantage of staying at The Beach Pad is its proximity to various dining options, shops, beaches, and water activities, which makes it livelier than other areas in Rincón.

Lovely place to stay and the hosts were super nice and responsive.
It was really nice to have the beach chairs and towels that we could use, along with lots of other thoughtful touches. The location is great - Puntas is a fun and beautiful area and you can walk to the beach and several good places to eat, although I'd recommend a car to see more of Rincon. read less

This place was spotless
Communication was immediate. Great to have dedicated parking. There's a bar restaurant a few steps away that had great live music on a Monday night!!! Food good there too. Close to the beach & a few good dining options.

The unit was clean and well appointed.
We rented the Happy Turtle, Polco Loco and the Penthouse units for a group of 9. The kitchenettes were perfect for preparing breakfast and snacks. The location was ideal, short walk to restaurants and beach. We visited in August so market and coffee shop within walking distance were closed for season but Cafe Isleña offers coffee to go. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!
