Key Information for Guests •As a vacation rental and not a hotel, we do not provide daily housekeeping service or have on-site staff. •Puerto Rico's infrastructure is delicate, leading to occasional water and power outages. We have backup water and power systems that provide seamless service MOST of the time. During city water outages, water pressure may be lower, and hot water availability depends on sunny days due to our solar-powered water heater. •Noise from neighboring properties and the restaurant/bar next door is possible. The advantage of staying at The Beach Pad is its proximity to various dining options, shops, beaches, and water activities, which makes it livelier than other areas in Rincón.

Loved it!
We’ve had an amazing time at The Beach Pad!!! It is the second time we stay. The first time, it was a couple’s weekends and, this time, we went with our children and extended family. Our family had two rooms and we spent a great deal of time in our balconies that were next to each other. The place is great!!! It is well decorated and cozy with comfortable beds and sofa. The Beach Pad provided all we needed and more. Everything was clean. It is a very short walking distance to a beach and a great burger place/bar. The room was cozy with a kitchenette so we were able to bring drinks and food. It also included beach towels, a cooler and beach chairs. We drove to other great beaches and restaurants that were within minutes. The host was very accommodating and responsive. We are definitely planning to return!

This is a hotel-quality apartment.
It's crisp and spotless and has everything you need - towels, beach towels, beach chairs, yoga mats, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. The beds are comfortable. There's a big tv with Netflix, a kitchenette, and an awesome deck. It's in a great location near Sandy Beach, which is beautiful. You can see the ocean from the deck. The walk to public beach access is short. It equates to a city block or block and a half. On the way, you pass a cute bar/burger joint (Kahunas), a nice beach front restuarant (Tamboo) and a coffee/acai bowl shop (Jake's Java). While a Rincon vacation involves a good bit of driving, if you didn't want to drive all the time, this is great place. We had a really nice stay.

Sparkling clean corner loft Steps to Sandy Beach
The unit was impeccably clean, bright, comfortable, and within easy walking distance of two of Rincon’s best beaches, two really good restaurants, and everything else you could need for a beach getaway. It’s an easy drive into the center of town if you have a reason to leave, but you won’t want to!

The Beach Pad is the perfect location for spending time in Rincon.
It’s prime time bc it’s Walking distance from two surfing beaches, a bar for nightlife, breakfast shacks. Alan was very kind and helpful throughout our stay providing a in depth guide to Rincon prior to our stay which was useful and answered our calls and texts immediately. It’s a short drive from town and other beautiful beaches if surfing isn’t your thing. Inside the apartment, it has everything you could possibly need (beach towels, AC, tv with already signed in streaming services, soaps, a hair dryer) and things we didn’t realize we needed (a cooler, fridge, stovetop, microwave). When I return to Rincon, I pray that The Beach Pad has availability.
