IMPORTANT NOTES: 1. This is a self-catering vacation rental and not a hotel. We do not have daily housekeeping services or on-site staff. Keyless entry allows guests to check in and out on their own. We are always a phone call away to answer any questions and assist in making your Rincón vacation unforgettable. 2. This island has a fragile infrastructure. Water and power outages occur from time to time, particularly when there is a large demand for local resources. We have back- up systems in place for the comfort of our guests but nothing is 100% guaranteed. If city water is out we will have lower water pressure and the availability of hot water will depend on how sunny days are as we use a solar powered water heater. 3. There is potential for noise coming from the surrounding properties and restaurant/bar. The beauty of choosing The Beach Pad is that you can walk to many places but you are also at center of it all. 4. Check-in starts at 3pm on the date of your arrival. If you are on an overnight flight, make sure to book the date before as well if you would like to check in as soon as you arrive.

A real, relaxing caribbean vacation.
Relaxing in a hammock, listening to the tropical rain forest as the morning sun streams onto the porch. It's a great way to start the day, especially when there's a broad, sandy beach leading to the Caribbean just a few hundred feet away. This house is in a perfect location. It's in a small, secluded community with a few restaurants, but a short drive from a half-dozen other beaches, including the famous surfing spot Steps Beach and the Tres Palmas Marine Reserve (good snorkeling, right from the beach). In fact, you get to the house by driving the famed PR-413, which surfers call the Highway to Happiness. After a couple of days on the beach, we headed inland to visit the The Camuy River Cave Park. It's spectacular. The house is comfortable and well-equipped, but not overly fancy. That's what we were looking for. We cooked meals for six people (on the stove or the outdoor grill) and ate in the dining area, on the porch or outside. Six of us slept in three air-conditioned bedrooms (or in a hammock on the porch), I only used the outdoor shower, but other people showered in the bathroom. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. There's streaming TV. It seems to have a lot of channels, but we didn't watch. We did use the Internet and it worked well. Everyone in our group loved thje place, and we're hoping to stay there again next year.

Great House and Great Location
This house was a great property for myself, my husband and two other couples we stayed with. We had the lower part of the house that we shared with one couple, and the other couple rented one of the middle units upstairs. When the whole gang got together (10 in total) we were able to comfortably eat outside on the picnic table. It was a great time and everyone enjoyed the house! Thanks!

Excellent Visit
This place was perfect - we were a family of 5 and we were comfortable. This was one of our best trips yet to Rincon. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, shops - perfect spot. When you stay in this unit, you have the yard and another side yard with a grill and outside shower. The host was great and the house is perfectly equipped. We stayed for a week and didn't want to leave. We will be back.

The Perfect Pad for Us.
My husband and I, along with our 16-year-old son and his friend, stayed in the Surf House at The Beach Pad. We were there for a Spring Break surfing trip. The Surf House had EVERYTHING we could possibly need/want for our vacation, including beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, ice chest, and snorkel gear! The location was great. The little neighborhood was really sweet and felt very safe. We enjoyed being able to walk to several different places to eat in town, and the house itself was great. It was perfectly clean and looked like the online photos. We stayed in downstairs unit -3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms- and never heard the upstairs guests. I hope to stay there again in the future. Sparkling clean corner loft Steps to Sandy Beach
Amazing and very cozy, The Surf house is so close to the beach and the host is super friendly and always quick to respond for any inquiry. Will definitely highly recommend and we can’t wait to stay here again! Exceeded all our expectations!
