Key Information for Guests •As a vacation rental and not a hotel, we do not provide daily housekeeping service or have on-site staff. •Puerto Rico's infrastructure is delicate, leading to occasional water and power outages. We have backup water and power systems that provide seamless service MOST of the time. During city water outages, water pressure may be lower, and hot water availability depends on sunny days due to our solar-powered water heater. •Noise from neighboring properties and the restaurant/bar next door is possible. The advantage of staying at The Beach Pad is its proximity to various dining options, shops, beaches, and water activities, which makes it livelier than other areas in Rincón.

These hosts go above and beyond—extending their warmth, their knowledge, and their overall hospitality. From the booking to the arrival everything was seamless. We had a hiccup getting in, but Alan picked up the phone and was so kind and ready to help us. The spot is spectacular! Waking up to this incredible view and walking barefoot to the beach and to grab a coffee is a dream! I plan to come back to the same spot again! ☺️

9 days in the penthouse and couldn’t have been happier.
I should write a terrible review in hopes of being able to guarantee a reservation next year. However our stay was so incredible I just couldn’t. The view was beautiful, even the iguana in the tree outside our balcony couldn’t get enough. The room was better than the pictures suggested. Room was extremely clean, water stayed warm throughout our time there, AC worked perfect. All utilities, especially the blender, worked as advertised. Not one issue at all. Angelo was so helpful with directions and island info, and Alan was a great host, attentive to our questions and helpful. We didn’t use the bar-b-que, but was available and it was nice to have towels, a cooler and chairs available in our room to take to the beach. Perfect place to, “ choose happiness”. Totally recommend and hope whoever reads this goes... just hope it’s not when we want to book it again. 5 of 5 ⭐️
