Terms & Conditions

Agreement for Your Perfect Beach Getaway

By booking with The Beach Pad, you agree to the following key Terms and Conditions:

  • The Primary Renter must be there throughout the rental period (no proxy rentals). Check-in and check-out dates and the number of guests agreed to in booking must be adhered to.

  • No parties are allowed on the property without previous consent.

  • This is a NON-SMOKING property. Smoking is only allowed on the rooftop patio area, and cigarettes must be disposed of in the ashtrays provided. Smoking inside the units will result in a $200 fine.

  • Parking is limited to one (1) vehicle each for Surf House, Ocean Loft, Pulpo Loco, Happy Turtle, and Penthouse for 413 guests. Full property rentals canRenter’s of the parking spaces available.

  • Parking is solely at the renter’s risk. Owners will not be responsible for any theft, damage, or lost property resulting from vehicles parked on the property.

  • Renters agree to follow all signage on the property. Children must have adult supervision on balconies.

  • Renters agree to keep the property and all furnishings in gRenterder and only use appliances for their intended uses.

  • Primary Renter acknowledges and understands that they are responsible for every guest or guardian during their booked rental dates and solely responsible for any property damage, accident, injury, or loss sustained to any person while in residence.

  • Owners Alan and Eileen Piñeiro and our Agents accept no legal or financial responsibility. Guests and guardians assume all risk of injury or other loss from the recreational activity and will hold the Owner harmless. Guest hereby agrees to indemnify and hold owners Alan & Eileen Piñeiro, employees, and officers harmless from any claim, including those of third parties, arising out of or in any way a result of the guest's use of the premises or items therein. Owners cannot be held responsible for: The failing of any other company due to said company’s error or service interruption {i.e., electricity, water, gas, cable, wireless provider, etc.} and acts of neighbors such as construction, road repair, and maintenance or acts of God (weather). However, Owners agree to do all that is humanly possible to remedy any issue as quickly as possible.

  • NO REFUNDS OR ADJUSTMENTS OF RENTAL FEES WILL BE MADE FOR ANY OF THE ABOVE CONDITIONS ​

 

You must also acknowledge the following:

  • Potential for noise coming from local businesses or neighboring properties.

  • Security Deposit: A credit card will be kept on file for every reservation. If you damage the home, we will provide photographic proof and you may be charged up to $500. Guests are responsible for reporting any damage as soon as they detect it to avoid any damage charges.
